At Miskdua, we stand behind the quality of our service. We want every subscriber to feel confident when purchasing a plan. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations clearly, so there are no surprises. If you have questions before purchasing, we encourage you to request a free 24-hour trial first.
01. Our Refund Commitment
Miskdua offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who experience significant and documented technical issues that our support team has been unable to resolve. We believe in giving every customer a fair chance to enjoy our service before making any payment commitments.

02 . Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
- 7-Day Guarantee (New Subscribers Only): If you are a first-time subscriber and experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service, and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your complaint, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Duplicate Payment: If your account was charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error on our platform.
- Service Non-Delivery: If your account was never activated and you did not receive your login credentials within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- Unauthorized Transaction: If you believe a fraudulent transaction was made using your payment method. We require you to file a report with your bank and notify us simultaneously.
03. Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees where the service has been fully activated and used, beyond the 7-day new subscriber window.
- Renewals — subscription renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.
- Change of mind or no longer wanting the service after successful activation.
- Issues caused by the subscriber’s own internet connection speed, incompatible device, or failure to follow our setup instructions.
- Dissatisfaction with specific channel availability, as our channel lineup is clearly listed on our Channels page prior to purchase.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial months — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of an active subscription period.
Important: We encourage all customers to use our free 24-hour trial before purchasing to verify channel availability, stream quality, and device compatibility in their specific location.
04. Setup Fee Policy
The one-time setup fee of $15, charged at the time of your first subscription, covers the cost of device configuration, remote setup assistance, and onboarding support provided by our technical team. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, as the service and labor it covers are delivered immediately upon account activation.
05. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our support team at billing@miskdua.com within the eligible refund window.
- Step 2: Include your registered email address, order/transaction ID, the date of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue you experienced.
- Step 3: Our billing team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Step 4: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund requests submitted after the eligible window, or without adequate supporting information, will not be processed.
06. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by our billing team, please allow the following timeframes for the funds to appear:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- PayPal: 3–5 business days.
- Cryptocurrency: Refunds for crypto payments will be issued as service credit or an alternative arrangement, as cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.
07. Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that customers contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Miskdua support may result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from our service. We are committed to resolving all legitimate billing disputes fairly and quickly — please give us the opportunity to do so first.
08. Service Credits
In cases where a full refund is not applicable but where we acknowledge a service disruption or fault on our part, Miskdua may, at its discretion, offer a service credit applied to your account. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 12 months of issuance.
