These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Miskdua website and IPTV streaming services operated by Miskdua (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the Miskdua platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
02 . Description of Service
Miskdua provides an IPTV streaming service that allows subscribers to access live television channels, video-on-demand content, and related media through an internet connection. Our service includes:
- Access to 20,000+ live channels from global broadcasters.
- A video-on-demand library of 60,000+ movies and TV series.
- Catch-up TV functionality (where available) for up to 7 days.
- Access on supported devices as listed on our website.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.
03. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and subscribe to Miskdua. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Miskdua reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.
04. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Keep your password secure and not share it with unauthorized persons.
- Notify us immediately at support@miskdua.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Not allow more simultaneous connections than permitted by your subscription plan.
Account Sharing: Each subscription is intended for use by one household. Sharing your credentials with individuals outside your household is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
05. Subscriptions & Billing
Miskdua subscriptions are prepaid for the period selected at checkout. The following billing terms apply:
- All subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
- A one-time setup fee of $15 is charged at the time of first subscription. This fee covers device configuration and setup assistance.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew to continue access after your subscription period ends.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
06. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Miskdua services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Miskdua content or credentials without written authorization.
- Use our service for commercial broadcasting or public screening without a separate commercial license.
- Attempt to bypass, hack, or interfere with the technical protection measures on our platform.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape our service.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service for other users.
- Use the service to stream or distribute illegal content of any kind.
07. Intellectual Property
All content available through Miskdua, including but not limited to live channels, on-demand titles, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of Miskdua or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use only.
08. Disclaimer of Warranties
Miskdua services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party broadcaster issues, or force majeure events.
09. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Miskdua services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the reputation of Miskdua. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Miskdua services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
